Shipping & Returns

Shipping. Most items ship within 2-3 business days of purchase. Saddle pads and other heavy or oversized items cannot be sent to a PO Box, so please use a street address for those. We no longer ship to Canada.

Returns. Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unaltered and in new condition, and every return is inspected. The buyer pays return shipping and original shipping costs are not refunded.

Please note. Clearance and marked-down items are final sale. A storewide discount taken off at checkout does not affect your 14-day return window. We do not offer exchanges.
