How quickly do orders ship?
We ship most items within 2-3 business days of purchase. Saddle pads and other heavy or oversized items cannot go to a PO Box, so please use a street address when ordering those. We no longer ship to Canada.
Can I return or exchange something?
Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be unused, unaltered, and in new condition, and every return is inspected. The buyer pays return shipping and original shipping costs are not refunded.
All clearance and sale items are final sale. We do not offer exchanges.
What brands do you carry?
Our range includes American Darling handbags and accessories, Showman tack products, and Klassy Cowgirl tack, alongside other western pieces we hand-pick for the shop.
