Holiday shipping questions
When is the last day to order for Christmas delivery?
Order by Tuesday, December 15 with USPS Ground, or by Wednesday, December 16 with USPS Priority. You choose between them at checkout.
Why are your dates earlier than the USPS dates I have seen?
USPS publishes the last day a parcel can be mailed. Our order-by dates are set a couple of days earlier so your order is packed and in the mail from Arizona in time.
Which shipping option should I choose?
USPS Ground is our standard option and usually spends 3 to 5 days in transit once it ships. USPS Priority usually takes 2 to 3 days, so it is the safer choice close to the cutoff.
I am shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or a U.S. territory. Do the dates change?
For USPS Ground, yes. Parcels to those places have an earlier USPS cutoff, so order by Monday, December 14. The USPS Priority date stays the same.
What if I miss the cutoff?
We still ship every order from Arizona, but it may arrive after December 25. If USPS Ground has closed and USPS Priority has not, choose USPS Priority at checkout.
Are these dates guaranteed?
They are the dates that keep your order on track for delivery by December 25 in the lower 48 states. USPS does not guarantee Ground or Priority delivery dates, and December weather and volume can slow any parcel, so earlier is always safer.
