Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy
We ship out most items within 2 Business Days. Free shipping selection is shipped USPS and UPS standard/ground mail (3-10 days). We are not able to ship saddle pads to a PO Box. Please use a street address when ordering oversized items such as a saddle pad.
We ship to Canada, however, the buyer is responsible for any and all Canadian Customs charges.** If package is returned due to non-payment of Canadian customs, the shipping amount and fees will be deducted from the refund.

Returns and Refunds
Please notify Cowgirl Barn and Tack within 10 days of receiving your item(s) to return or exchange. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method once returned item is received. Buyer pays return shipping.
Returns for Christmas Gifts - Return timeline extended for the Holidays. Please notify us no later than JANUARY 4th to arrange your return. Thank you!

Items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return, no exceptions.
We cannot guarantee against mishaps, improper care or use. If you feel that something out of the ordinary has happened with your tack after only a few uses, or after having owned it for a short time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate (on an individual basis depending on circumstances).
