Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy

Shipping

We ship out most items within 2-3 Business Days from the date or purchase. Free shipping selection is shipped in the U.S. through USPS and UPS standard/ground mail (3-10 days).  We are not able to ship saddle pads or heavy items to a PO Box.  Please use a street address when ordering oversized items such as a saddle pad.

We only offer free shipping for initial shipment.  If the buyer provides the wrong address, they are responsible for re-shipping charges.

We NO LONGER ship to Canada.

Returns and Refunds

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

All returns must be initiated by JANUARY 5TH AND SHIPPED BACK BY JANUARY 16TH FOR A REFUND.  ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN FROM PRE-CHRISTMAS SALES AFTER JANUARY 8 (unless w/in the 14 day return policy window).

SALE AND CLEARANCE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. 

Please notify Cowgirl Barn and Tack within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to return or exchange.  Returns will be refunded to the original payment method once returned item is received. Buyer pays return shipping.  Shipping costs are NOT refunded.  If return is not mailed back after approval and return window, it will no longer be eligible for return.  

Items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return, no exceptions.  All returns must be in new condition and received within the return window.  All returns will be inspected.  Used item will be rejected as a return.

We cannot guarantee against mishaps, improper care or use.  If you feel that something out of the ordinary has happened with your item after only a few uses, or after having owned it for a short time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate (on an individual basis depending on circumstances).   

Once a package is in transit, we are not able to change or influence the delivery for USPS or UPS.  We have the same tracking information that you have.  If you have a lost package in transit, please notify us and we will report a lost package and work with you until the issue is resolved and your package is located or provide support with next steps.

If the buyer provides the wrong shipping address or information and the item is returned to sender, the buyer is responsible to pay for shipping a second time.
