Shipping, Exchange & Return Policy
Holiday shipping may have delays due to issues with USPS or UPS as well as Holiday's where USPS / UPS is closed and not delivering.
Once packages are in transit, we do not have the capability to affect the speed of delivery of the item. We have the same tracking information as our customers. We have found that contacting your local post office has been the biggest help in resolving any delivery issues should they arise.
We will work directly with you to resolve any issues until the item is delivered or considered lost and eligible for refund. We understand how frustrating it can be, especially during the holidays, when a shipper, such as USPS, does not delivery on time.
We ship out most items within 2 Business Days. Free shipping selection is shipped USPS and UPS standard/ground mail (3-10 days). We are not able to ship saddle pads or heavy items to a PO Box. Please use a street address when ordering oversized items such as a saddle pad.
We ship to Canada, however, the buyer is responsible for any and all Canadian Customs charges.** If package is returned due to non-payment of Canadian customs, the shipping amount and fees will be deducted from the refund.

Returns and Refunds
Please notify Cowgirl Barn and Tack within 10 days of receiving your item(s) to return or exchange. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method once returned item is received. Buyer pays return shipping.
All items purchased from November 20th to December 24th are eligible for holiday return if return is received by January 5th in unused / new condition. You can exchange or be issues a refund. Buyer is still responsible for return shipping costs.

Items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return, no exceptions.
We cannot guarantee against mishaps, improper care or use. If you feel that something out of the ordinary has happened with your tack after only a few uses, or after having owned it for a short time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate (on an individual basis depending on circumstances).
