What is your return window?

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in new condition, and every return is inspected.

Who pays return shipping?

The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Can clearance items be returned?

Items marked down on their own product page — clearance — are final sale and cannot be returned. A storewide discount is different: it comes off at checkout and does not change your returns, so a full-price piece bought during a promotion keeps the normal 14-day window.

How do storewide discounts work?

When we run a storewide discount, product pages keep showing the regular price and the discount is applied to your order — sometimes automatically, sometimes with a code we publish alongside the sale. Either way, the total at checkout is the discounted one. A storewide discount does not change your returns: an order placed during one keeps the normal 14-day window. Items marked down on their own product page are clearance, and those stay final sale.
